BM Hacked

Hi guys! I'm reselling FB accounts and business managers and have an issue with one of my main customers. Some of the bms they purchased by us couple months ago were hacked, their accounts were deleted from there and somebody used their payment method and spent their money on his own ads before they spotted it.

I have some doubts about the guy I was buying these bms from, he says that he didn't do this and it's out of his interest etc, but I don't know how can I check it. He said to check customer's account history to check if accounts were hacked and there were made invitations from them and then went out of bm. The customers said that accounts were not hacked and said they're sure that it came from bm, but didn't send screens of history. Also they sent a screen of foreign profile, that they found and deleted from one of their BMs.

Maybe does anybody has some thoughts about this case or tips how to find, who made this? Thanks

yes, there will be cases where bm disappears by itself for no reason, i used to have the same problem so i switched to running ads with my personal account

you can check which profile created the campaign and how many days. In case the BM is revoked by facebook's algorithm. Maybe you should share the partner with another BM before using it.

It's a pity, I have had the same problem once and fortunately I have shared the account to another BM
