Has anyone encountered this situation? is this facebook algorithm when suddenly your BM disappears and all the admins in the BM have been pushed out

We have had this happen to us and there is no notification or violation message to fix it. We are thinking about finding a service provider to ensure the work.
This isn’t the algorithm—it’s usually a security or policy enforcement issue. Facebook may temporarily remove access if it detects suspicious activity or violations, and you’ll need to contact support to restore the Business Manager and admin roles.

BM disappears by itself, admin is kicked out of the system usually due to FB flag abnormal activity or user reports. You should avoid logging in to multiple IPs at the same time, not sharing BM rights haphazardly, and backing up BM regularly.

We have never encountered such a case of being kicked out. We only had our BM and advertising accounts in BM hijacked by hackers. They kicked us out of BM

maybe because of meta algorithm, you need more admins to hold BM, if you have root admin then it's better

Yeah, I’ve seen a few people mention that. Sometimes it’s just a FB bug or security sweep, but it can also happen if the BM got flagged for policy violations. When that happens, all admins get kicked and the BM basically disappears. Usually the only way forward is to contact FB support or create a new BM — it’s not really something you can fix yourself.
