I had 2 aged BMs recently hit with ad limit after just 1–2 campaigns.Seems like their internal review system is way more aggressive now.Are you guys seeing better stability with personal ad accounts vs BMs lately? I’m thinking of switching strategy

What product are you promoting?
If you follow the policies, it's fine whether it's a BM or a personal account.
On the other hand, if you're promoting and "BH, GH", I think you should try using both to see which account is best for your product.

Yeah, same here, even aged BMs are getting hit fast lately. I’ve actually had better luck with personal ad accounts recently. Way less scrutiny, especially if the profile looks clean and active. Not ideal for scaling, but decent for testing or running low-risk offers.

If you comply with the policies, it is okay to use a BM account or a personal account. If you run items that do not comply with policy requirements, you should use accounts in a stable and healthy BM. You should learn more about the types of BM. Good luck.

Recently, many BMs are limited after only a few camps, even with accounts with good history. It seems that the scanning system is getting more and more strict, causing many people to consider switching to using personal advertising accounts because the survival rate is higher and it is easier to warm up if done correctly. However, this method also has risks if you do not carefully control IP, device, or browser history. Some teams are currently using a combination: testing with personal AD, scaling with clean BM to minimize risk and optimize performance.

Lately I have not seen any difficult issues with the campaign, the accounts are fine and running normally, the current problem is that a lot of accounts are switched to prepaid
 
I still use the Business Manager (BM) account and find it more stable than the personal account, at least for now.

So should you switch your strategy to a personal account?
If you:
Run WH or light gray (dropshipping, light finance, etc.)

Need to test creative continuously

Don't need to scale a large number of BMs

✅ THEN SHOULD: Use a trusted personal account to test → when stable, scale to BM

I see personal ad accounts have bad status recently, and frequent use of BM accounts. There will be errors but we need to work and fix them as we go.

You can use both types of accounts at the same time, because it depends a lot on the type of product and campaign you are running. Personally, I find the BM account more stable at the moment, but who knows, maybe your product will run well on a personal account.
 
Using BM account is still better than personal account now ya, because account on good BM will face less dangerous of FB scan than personal one, although it depends much on strict fb scan.
