there's some "ai" image tools that will work in a pinch but will still look fake/fishy. i've seen them around but can't recall their names. wouldn't recommend it for a serious project.
reverse image search and see if the image exists elsewhere without a censor. you may get a hit.

first result for "unblur censored images ai" is https://www.hackread.com/artificial-intelligence-unblur-pixelated-images/ the tech has been around since 2016 likely floating around github libraries right now
