How can I change BlueStacks local IP 10.0.2.15 can some help me out
 
It works like an android. So you can find an app that lets you use proxies in an android. I Read an article and it said v2rayNG APP lets you change Add a proxy configuration file.

am able to set up proxy on BlueStacks but when I check the local IP address website can use it to detect am using BlueStacks emulator

Try ExitLag for Windows, It provides trial to users. Since Bluestacks is specifically made for gaming, Exitlag is made for gaming too. It might work for you.

I don't think it will work since is an internal IP address, to solve the problem it requires tweaking or modification of BlueStacks
 
I tried this v2rayNG on my android the webRTC is 26.26.26.1

So what Exitlag does is, it can be used for specific programs runnning on your pc and rerouts how your pc connects to the servers of those softwares. May be exitlags connects bluestacks to some other server.

I tried residential IP with OpenVPN it shows both the UDP IP and local IP address 10.0.2.15

Can I set up socks5 proxy on it
