I see there is no limit on space, addon domains or bandwith on BlueHost.com for 3.95$ per year is very cheap, do anybody have site there?

I've always used HostMonster, which is a subsidiary of bluehost. No problems with them either

If they are decent, who do you recommend? Thats pretty darn cheap to be honest. If they don't have a ton of downtime and they don't flag you off your ass for blackhat stuff whats the drawback?

As an aside, ie not directed at any one person: I wish people were more forthcoming with their reviews. What I mean is if I say "how is product x?" and you say "oh its okay" that doesn't help me one bit, what was the point of even posting? However, if you said, "Well I really expected more from it than it provides because of... and then you list reasons why it is bad, or conversely, why it is good, I would find the post much more useful. ::End Rant::

I use bluehost for regular blogs, but when I started autoblog to replicate techchuck blog a while ago the server started giving me many errors, sometime the blog can not be accessed, internal server error 500.
The admin informed me that some process at the blog put a lot of strain on the shared server, etc. I wouldn't bet my money on bluehost for heavy autobloggin'.... maybe hostgator can do better, heard good things about them or maybe a seperate I.P altogether would solve the problem.

Yeah, I have BlueHost, Hostmonster, Lunarpages, and Host Gator. BlueHost has been fine so far, however I felt it was a little slower than Lunarpages and Host Gator, especially when setting up my blogs. I would do preliminary configurations on 5 WP blogs at a time, and it would give me some of those Internal Service Error 500 messages if I accessed too many .php pages at once.

    But at 4.95 a month/$60 a year, it's still a purchase I am very happy with.

I have heard good things about Lunarpages as well, anyone who use them want to provide a review on them?

i use hostmonster, they are pretty good since they are also offering no limits on everything. i am running like lots and lots pages on them. whose are never down even once. my account was just suspended once for spamming mails which i fixed ( probably got bounced or something ) but so far everything was running smooth. for simple sites like wp, joomla or your landing pages it's the right choice. the price is not bad ( unfortunatly they do not offer 1.99$ domains like godaddy,.. but 10$ is still affortable ( since you can make the money back almost instantly with the blackhat methods). For now, I can recommend it for your smaller blackhat project needs, they have lots of features in their cpanel if you are aiming for more ( super huge communities - you might consider paying more )

Do Bluehost do hosting for 3.95 / year or is that a mistake?

I have my account here since more than e year actually I`m using two shared hosting accounts one of bluehost and other one on dreamhost ( on them i`m testing always most of things which I need to see them live ) ... well bluehost can be problematic only with scripts which send too much queries and slow-queries for mysql ... then they are just fine

Been using Bluehost and Hostgator for a while without issues... Lunarpages however sucked... their "personal" hosting doesn't support php-xml/rpc which made a few wp plugins not work...
