bluehost or hostgator?

Hostgator is the best. Pricing is also good. Monthly payments option available. Last time i checked bluehost asking for yearly or quarterly payments.

BlueHost sucks. They have many bad reviews. Hostgator is good, however, I heard the support is not good at all. They disconnect your chats, when the issue is too technical.

I've had really messed up situations quite a few times when I was getting internal server issues using a wp autoblog plug and a certain theme. They went through and fixed the problem on about 13 websites in a row and it reoccurred quite a few times.

Anyhow, I started with hostgator when they had that coupon which was worth about a year of business plan hosting. I've been impressed and moved onto their reseller this month.

I've had Hostgator for several years and I have been very happy with their service. The tech support has been top notch to say the least. Recently, I ran into a problem installing the new Zend Server and still haven't been able to install it, but the fully explained what the problem was and what had to be done in order to install the server. To make a long story short, you can't install Zend Server if you have CPanel... but I appreciated the fact that they took the time to test the installation on another server running CPanel, and then explaining to me what they found before doing the install on my VPS.
