Bluehost is trash

Bluehost is a real good example on how to ruin a whole company. Outsourcing every single part of support to indians (no offense, they are friendly and just being used) and providing such a broken user interface.

I got more than 30 wordpress sites on there and since one week it gives me this message in the cpanel. I can't even create wordpress site, because the process stops every time and nothing happens. Not working at all.




Going to the support page I get this message:




I thought they are legit, but the whole website is not working or broken. Fucking hell. Even a $1 hosting is better.

How many days have been passed since the 404? Did you try another browser?
I would suggest to open a support ticket, it could be a circumstance out of your control.

How long before a newbie suggests you try hostgator lol! I got my hosting from here and never looked back, over 3 years and no problems at all
 
Lulz. Yet, people will keep choosing these shit companies instead of purchasing a vps from a reputable seller and managing everything themselves. It's not a pain to manage. It's just the extra mile you go, for better handling of your sites.
 
Bro that is cuz you are looking in their Wordpress dedicated panel instead of cpanel .... they have like 2 different panels cuz they are competing with the new fancy WP hosts

Host Monster and Bluehost use the same servers and tech support so beware of both.

For the majority of people running real, well-trafficked websites, managing their own VPS is 1. risky and 2. not feasible. Using a managed WP host like WPX or Kinsta is what's actually worth 'going the extra mile'.
 
For real Bluehost is an example trash.

I recently paid for one year hosting plan with them, barely an hour later the account was deactivated for no reason.

I told theit live support via chat, they instructed me to upload government ID to their verification email address, I did. 48 hours later nothing. I had to ask them for a refund.

Managed wp hosts aren't as bad as normal bluehost/other shared/managed servers. That being said, they are pretty costly if you have only like 3-4 sites to manage. VPS is much better for this scenario. Call me oldschool lol.
 
Next time you choose hosting, check if it belongs to EIG group. If yes, just stay away from them. No matter if they give it for free, just stay away unless you just want a cheaper hosting for PBN or churn & burn sites.

It doesn't make any sense being a BHW member and still using EIG hosting.
 
Bluehost is shit, friend of mine used to spend crazy ammounts in hosting there and always its site went down, their servers did not hndle the traffic which they claim they can
Linode is a to go place, it in unmanaged but cheap and you get what you pay for
Give it a go :)

Yes, I can also see their normal cpanel, but in there they don't show any wordpress option or something like that...
 
Hmmm wow, I have a couple websites running on Bluehost with little or no issues. Even when I did face issues the customer service was super quick to resolve the issue.

The fucking ridiculous thing is there is no ticket support anymore. Only live chat. And those guys telling me since a few days "We will pass it on to the tech team" but nothing happens and I get no message from anyone.
 
1. Bluehost is plainly stupid..
2. Bluehost customer support is trashy.
