Bluehost demand $500 because my site contain malware

You have 3 options

1) If you are familiar with code, identifying code, and altering code, you can do it yourself. Unfortunately, when you do it on your own, it means going through every single file on your account, 1 by 1, and removing the injected code. You will want to be very careful as there is good code mixed with the injection and removing any code incorrectly can permanently ruin that file.

2) Purchase Site Doctor which will also clean the account, but only carries a 30 day warranty. It generally takes about 1 business day to complete Site Doctor as it is a very detailed and manual process. They will email you with a report of how to keep things secure and explaining what was removed and after it is cleaned, the account will be reactivated. ($249.99)

3) Purchase Sitelock Prevent which will clean the entire account in 4-18 hours and protect the entire account for a year. I have never seen it be hacked on our servers. ($500)

They don't tell me what the malware is. I don't host anything important. I want to move to another hosting. How do I do so? They don't want to help me migrate.

i dont know who you spoke to but my advise is you spoke to a support that was probably on meth or hanged either way he definatly wants to screw u over my advice move to ipage, (hostgator some say they are pain in the ass) or just go with fat cow

Backup the files from Bluehost. Upload them in the new server. You can try fatcow as Bestcreaters mentioned. Update the nameservers in your domain control panel.

I see all the Hosting Provider Ask for Huge Money in such type of Case. Mostly they Suggest to get SiteLock.

You are already Infected so here is nothing good to change the Provide, I think your new provider will not remove the malware for free. You can change your hosting & setup your site newly if its not Very Important. You can also check GoDaddy, They Offers SiteLock Service for $6.99/Month. I am using this service for my Website.

Download all of your files & Scan with a Good Premium AntiMalware/Antivirus. I may work.

You probably have malware, they aren't lying about that. But it's true that you can get it for a more affordable price.

Better secure your website next time with frequent backups.

No live support, ticket support takes a week to respond, if you get a response in 5 days consider yourself lucky. I've deleted all my accounts with them even tho I have like 1yr+ of hosting with them, it's not worth it.

I'd recommend namecheap hosting, support takes on average 15 seconds on a live chat.

I think they're making a reasonable offer.

They aren't demanding anything. Proper malware removal costs money. Themeforest charges $50 to install a single WordPress Plugin.

Take it or leave it.

They are not charging you for having malware, they are offering you an extra service.

Set wordpress to auto update and a lot of this would not happen. It's your fault for not updating your website.

Also delete all nulled plugins and themes, install wordpress theme authenticity checker plugin and check your domain, also check your plugins with similar plugins, delete and reinstall wp, create backup files every week and you will be fine

Is bluehost good overall? I have my wordpress site with them (autoupdating), and I've found the live support being plenty helpful and always installing/tweaking stuff for free on the most basic package. I've heard people saying to avoid them, and $500 is pricey, but it's an avoidable situation taking up a day of an employee's time.

OP, how complex is your site? Could you not wipe your account, reinstall wordpress and reupload your articles and plugins?

Learn to code, seriously. Any IMer looking to up their game should be - at a minimum - comfortable with HTML, C# and php. Add c++ if you're ambitious. It'll save you more money, headaches and time than you can imagine.

I've been using LiquidWeb for a very long time now. $40 a month for a semi-professional hosting account, 24 hour live chat support, and they even set my domains up on my hosting account and install Wordpress for me when I register now.

Bluehost do the same, I just give the Indians on livechat a many thank and a 5 star rating every time and they go in and do the needful.
