There is a criteria to be met before eligibility to get Twitter Blue, but I wouldn't consider it documentation. You can check with Twitter's FAQ on that.

No need for type of documents, you need money, and the account is enough

but it requires some needs like, active in the last 30 days on twitter..etc.

It depends on the type of account you are applying for verification for. For a government account, you will need to provide a copy of your government ID. news organization, you will need your media credentials. It also depends on if you are eligible for verification.
