What the hell with these Chinese company workers?

I asked on Alibaba and also from Google search quote for CNC mold and get back from everyone about 7 companies "Please send picture and CAD file".

I said its similar to main product and they could easily give approx quote but no then I sent to 1 firm and never heard back reply .

And so this last company I said same thing and they reply sorry we cant continue now best of luck find new company.

I mean what a load of slimy phisers working in China

no. they are not phishers. they simply haven't got a clue what you are talking about. which 21-year old university graduate wants to work in a soviet mold factory? exactly. no one except the brain dead. which is why she needs a picture and/or CAD file -- your English might as well be Egyptian to her -- but at least serial numbers are universally intelligible.

what she is trying to achieve here is to not communicate with you in words. as she hasn't got a clue what anything you say comes down to. but she can match stickers and numbers. so that's where they all want to be.

as a western buyer this is incredibly frustrating at first. but you just need to see it from their end, too. your words are to their eyes as Egyptian would be to your own.... seriously.

I think part of finding a supplier is bridging broken English/a language barrier.
