BlogSpot with external links of the same domain name

To have more Backlinks, I want to create a Blog with links that point to my website, can I be penalized and spotted by Google if all the links are from the same domain?

And yeah, you could be penalized. But as far as I know these links can't move the needle (they're only good for diversification purposes, and only in small numbers), so if you are trying to rank using blogspot links it won't work. Just get 1 or 2 so you can have them in your portfolio, and move on!

I take note, do you think doing WordPress is much better, with different domains and IP addresses? Create some sort of private PBN.

If all the links are from same domain, then it won't pass much value unless you're driving huge traffic through that domain. Moreover, Google will mark the blog and site as affiliated even if they don't give a penalty.

it's the same thing, man! You need to approach SEO with google's perspective in mind: google only loves one thing (money), and hates one thing (link builders, because backlinks are one of the strongest ranking factors since the age of time, and people who build links manipulate the rankings, getting favorable rankings for themselves. That's the whole purpose of building links)

With this perspective in mind (and putting yourself in google's shoes) it's easy to see that the easier it is to acquire backlinks the less value that backlink has. Therefore, sites that are easy to acquire backlinks from (such as web 2.0s like wordpress, blogspot, wix, etc... or bookmarking sites, profile links, wiki links, article directories, whois / stats types of backlinks, etc... all these backlinks are either easy to get, free to get, or both, therefore google doesn't like them, and therefore they are worthless. They're only good for diversification purposes like I said, because a website that only has backlinks from one type of source is suspicious in google's eyes and it will almost always get penalized / deindexed. But websites that have all sorts of backlinks, coming from all kinds of sources, images, text, etc... such websites usually stand the test of time because their backlinking profile is so diversified that it's not easy to tell whether those links have been acquired organically, or built by someone).

And yes, I know that this is bullshit, but it's how the world works. That's why, the links that work best nowadays are the ones that are hard to get, and / or not cheap (PBNs, guest posts, niche edits, but also in-content references from .edu / .gov sites if you can get good ones, not redirects or forum links)

Also, building your own PBN is the right choice and the smartest idea, but most SEOs can't afford it because properly set-up PBNs (the kind that guarantees rankings in every niche, and for every keyword) are scarily expensive to build and maintain. If you want, I can link you with a forum member's tutorial on how to set up PBNs properly, but - like I said - be prepared to sell your entire household and your kidneys to have money for setting up a powerful PBN capable of outranking everyone on the planet

This being said, there are some good news, such as...

1. You can start building your PBN for as little as $10-20 per year with so many cheap hosting companies having popped outta nowhere lately
2. If you can't afford quality backlinks it's best to just focus on content. If you can find 50-60 long tail keywords that nobody targets, in a niche that's not very competitive, you can rank and bank with this strategy, without having to worry about backlinks. But you'll have to get your niche and keyword research right

I agree with you, I think I am ready to create a PBN, I am a web developer and I have a lot of knowledge in server and database management. Currently the main site is earning me an average of around $90 per day, I am ready to invest it in PBN to go a little further.

I want the tutorial link to properly configure the PBN and/or any other source that can help and give more information.
