I was just looking around for domains and stumbled upon a blogspot site.

It's monthly income is at 25k a month.
It's estimated worth 950k.

Not really a problem but it's one of the simplest websites I ever encountered.

I'm honestly surprised how this website generates this sum of money since I didn't found any way of monetization.
Is someone willing to explain?

Those online appraisal tools are barely accurate, but the site is among top 10,000 in Alexa, and top 19th in Finland, so its getting shit tonnes of traffic from somewhere, its probably ranked in Google.fi, but yep, that's pretty impressive for a shitty looking blogger blog.
 
wow.. i can't believe. I'd probably sell it if its mine and buy a domain worth $500K.

A websites value is based on how much it actually earns, unless its a highly desirably name.
 
Estibot and other online website calculators are full of it, they just estimate the price based off of alexa score.

Dude the website that is in top 10,000 in Alexa is blogspot.fi not the subdomain :O

It has some dogs pictures, embed videos from 2011 with 1-3k views, how could this not be worth millions?
