Blogspot network?

Anyone know of any blogspot link building networks? I've seen a few competitors that have links on large amounts of blogspot blogs. Im guessing that they purchased them. Looking to find blog network to get link placed on LOTS of blogs. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Blogspot blogs share the same IP C Class, so a blogspot network won't be as effective as one more diversified (=different hosting services). If you need to choose a single platform/cms for your blog network, go for wordpress MU instead.

Any good blog network services that are NOT the kind where you write blog posts? You sign up and submit a link?
