will it count to spamming?

Blogspot commenting will really help you in getting ranks but, the comments you made in blogs should be relevant to your niche.
If it is not relevant,Google will consider it as spam comments and you have chances of getting banned.

If all of them relevant to niche, then don't worry but drip feed the comments over the timeframe of 1 month.

If its mixed then better to refine your list according to PA and TF.
