I'll suggest you to use the search feature of this great forum. You'll find many posts dealing with this exact matter. Like someone already said earlier you can check for Senuke or Xgen, but in my opinion the best piece of tool out there is Magic Submitter.

mate you simply cant beat senuke for this i have tryed magic submittter and its just a little impractical.. not sure about xgen..
