You are Right. But during the starting phase only I asking. I learn more and go with paid hosting once i get in.There's excellent hosting out there for a few bucks a month. Y

I learning wordpress also - almost same as blogger so yes your words are right.You can try though, wordpress.com also has a decent free tier and if they feature your blog you get some free traffic in the process.
