ok so i found the perfect template for my amazon blog

only thing wrong the template is e-commerce template with checkout/ add to cart

but is it possible to use this template for a affiliate store

will it be hard to modify because i have no knowledge of how to do it

You should covert to wordpress.. so much easier with ecommerce.

I will suggest you converted in wordpress because here lots of plug-in and themes or templates available then after updating blog you quick rank. In blogger case, some templates are supported and some templates are not supported.
