scrapebox is the best. Not free but quite cheap when you consider what it is capable of doing.

There isn't really a totally free blog commenting software. Unless you want to make one yourself.
Scrapebox is probably the best option to go with for commenting though.

None, if you concentrate on gradually building links and focus on link diversity.

My advice for you is, if you have enough money to buy SB right now, buy it since you're going to be buying it eventually anyways.

Accodring to my suggestion you should go manually for blog commenting rather than using any software. it is better to do manually if your want long term efficent results.
