Heya,

I'm sure we've all been to these pirate blogs where the blogger links to cracked version of softwares through content locking, right? I was wondering if starting a blog like that is a good idea atm. Is it 'saturated' in the sense that many people have a dedicated forum in their bookmarks already for stuff like this and a blog would just be obsolete? I know when I couldn't find a rare old game that I always wanted to play, I would through Google search end up on a blog of some sort.

Profit to be made through these Blogs or not?

If not, I'm back to square one - in search for a method that I can master! :s

just try it..there is no harm in trying bro. I can tell you it didn't work for me but that doesn't mean it won't work for you

Put your nose to the grind stone and TRY THE METHOD or you will never know if it will work for you or not.
Make sure that you do extensive keyword research on the products that you are going to be locking,
make sure that they have a heavy search volume. also make sure that you have a video showing whatever
you are promoting in action.

Best free Blog service for this? I've never used Wordpress and want to try it out. But not sure how they are with stuff like this (pirate links...).

Thanks all.

Uhm... there is no "they" - you download the wordpress package, install it on your own (shared) hosting account and configure the way you see fit. Google is your best friend for crying out loud :)
