Blogs vs Forums on SE

Hello Black/white hatters

I want to know what in your opinion ranks better on SE, blogs or forums ...
I think that blogs rank better, but I will create a warez site and the "pros" on warez sites say that the best option is use forums or DDL, but I don't have money to advertise, so SE is the only way that I have to get traffic! So I want to know if is possible a forum rank better than a wordpress blog!

For a warez site . I only really seen warez sites on forums . Or as forums.

As far as SEO goes wouldn't wordpress be better?

I am by no means an expert on this matter and I am extremly tired . But I would think that a wordpress blog would bring you more traffic than a forum.

not sure on this one but to me it seems forums would be good because content is constantly updating and fresh.

Are you talking about link building? Or creating a site?

Link building: Blogs are alot better over forums. cos linked posts get buried in the forum to quickly
Site: Forums better, get user interaction, grow and they will continue to populate for you

I agree. Blogs are rank way better then Forums.
