Which tool can create account and submit article on vbulletin and EE forums ?

If Xrumer, is there any tool other than that too ?

Jumped on this thread via Google. So bumping it to find a solution. I heard sick submitter can be taught. Anyone who has a sick pack for this one?

There's a package on sick submitter that allows you to create blogs on vbulletin blogs that have enabled the feature. It can be found in the subscription service for sick suckmitter called 'Idiotquery' which solves questions on registration forms.

There's also an EE template for sick submitter.
