start with smaller numbers, cause you can be banned for creating even more than 10, for unusual activity
 
Use 1–3 strong, well-optimized accounts, group boards, and high-quality original pins instead of mass accounts.

What's your niche category?
 
To be honest, the idea of having 100 accounts will cause you problems in the long run.

Pinterest generally views this as "networking, spreading spam." Multiple links to the same site are not natural behavior. Even if the accounts aren't closed individually, access may be restricted.
 
If you're managing multiple accounts, you’ll need GoLogin paired with a reliable proxy provider. Without proxies, your accounts are likely to get flagged. Make sure the setup matches your specific needs.

That won’t really solve the problem
Pinterest can still detect the final destination, even behind Linktree

If many accounts funnel to the same site, it still looks like spam behavior.
 
adding same link on many profiles to promote a target page could get limit with the system with a link promotion per profile, although it can get on other profiles with link redirect/short code to approve on other profiles bio post.
 
that true, for pinterest, its a redflag to drive traffic to one blog from multiple pinterest account, you can create multiple blogs to avoid any issues. maybe subdomains? im not sure
 
That's a terrible idea and will get you banned fast. Pinterest actively detects multiple accounts from same IP/device promoting identical domains. You'll trigger spam filters immediately. Instead, focus on one well-optimized account with consistent posting, proper SEO in pin descriptions, and engaging with the community. Quality over quantity always wins on Pinterest.

You will definitely get penalized from pinterest with so many accounts. I'd suggest you use 2-3 accounts only but focus on building them organically so you can drive traffic and customers to your blog.
