Blogging subject

Hello, im not so new to BHW, but didnt posted so far, beacuse i wasnt doing any related work so far. But as I've remained without job 2 weeks ago I decide to try something on the internet also.

Im pretty good at writing and advanced knowledge in finance. I also enjoy this field a lot and i could create lots of original articles regarding financial field.
My question for you: is there any chance to make money from a financial articles blog? Still searching for ways of how i could get an income from this... Not targetting any big numbers. Im targeting to start in the field using my knowledge.

Good choice, work in something you know about or you love, because if you just BS on your blog, your visitors can smell it from a mile away.

I'm sure financial niche is very hot, you can start by offering to write articles for others and if you like it and feel you can take it further, then create a blog and slap on adsense and/or aff/clickbank products.

Just doing a super quick keyword research on "financial advice" yeilds a number of decent results. I 100% agree with GiorgioB in regards to passion. I wrote reviews on a computer niche, which I really enjoy, a year or two ago and the articles did pretty well.

Back to your question though, I'd say go for it! Just make sure to keep fresh content at a regular interval if you plan to do a new blog, that way people keep coming back.

Yeah, you can make money by your financial blog, because more ppl visit your blog and read your post, some companies who have some business about finance will be willing to place an Ad on your blog, naturally, you will get some money. If you also have the company, you will make money by your company instead of your blog, your blog just attract ppl to your site and buy something from your company.

I'd highly suggest you stay away from the finance niche in general.

The reason being, there is too much competition.

Unless you have some super unique advice to give and have a very captivating writing style (in addition to being able to guest blog to the tens of article every month), you'd find it hard to achieve success.

If you can, choose a niche within finance which has less competition. Be warned though: Choosing a very small niche can result in narrowing your audience.

Well, my view of the finance field is pretty out of the box and i hardly found any other places with this type of view (For example, most financial blogs i was checking some months ago were sayin how the stock market has to crash big time, beacuse it's overvalued and stuff - well, i think we have place even for new highs, given the huge quantity of extra money added into economy, which raise the price stocks as more money are available for them - this is only a small non-relevant example which proved that i was right, while most people were wrong; those very few who were sharing the same view didnt even come with explanation for it).
I'd buy a domain, make a nice template, but to be honest, i don't know with what exactly to start. For example, what would you people be interested to read from this field? I have pretty extensive knowledge and if i don't know about something i can learn it easily as this is my passion.
I also can give investment advices pretty easily, starting with company changes which would give you the extra in the market over the competitors, undervalued stocks and so on. Im actually looking to make money in order to invest them, beacuse at the moment im pretty broke, beacuse i dont have relevant studies in the field to get a good job and people prefer to employ people with no real knowledge but with a diploma, than a person with actual knowledge but no diploma.

For example, exclusively for BHW i will share with you a stock with a 1:10 risk-reward ratio (extremly good in the field): Bank of Ireland or BIR.IR.
If you buy stocks for 5000$ at this, you are risking 4500$ most with a 45000$ profit target (and upper, even 450000$ if by any chance we get back to 2008 levels - kinda no chances of that happening any time soon).

Thanks for the advices so far, but i think i need some extra informations in order to motivate me to start writing.
