Does traffic from ptc websites help ranking in google and other search engines ?

Any traffic that stays on your website over 30 seconds and interacts with it helps your rankings in google.

That is why they give out all the free stuff like Google Analytics, Google OS, Google Chrome, etc. It let's them see what people are doing.

If a person clicks an ad for a site, then that person spends 10 minutes on the site reading different pages then Google knows that's a quality site, and that can help search rankings.

Yep, it drive traffic to your sites.. But you need to spend lots more bucks...

Off-course these websites also help you to drive huge traffic towards your website. These website helps you to improve your Google ranking.

Traffic from PTC sites are useless and are junk. You can not get benefit from it.
