Blogging or Wordpress

I prefer using WordPress. it allows for better website customization than blogging, and fundamentally, it's more popular. When sharing WordPress website links, users trust them more and are more likely to click.

Very few talk about this but wordpress gets trust factor benefit from Google while you publish blogs.
 
Personally, I'd choose wordPress every time. Blogger is okay for a simple blog, but wordPress gives you way more control, better customization, and access to tons of plugins when your site starts growing.

Wordpress by far because it's easier to manage.
 
If you plan to grow the site seriousely then wordpress is better imo, specially when you need custom things.
 
Wordpress is definitely better, such blogs are easier to track seo, geo, and your domain will already be trusted by search engines than Blogging.

If you're serious about building a website long term, I'd choose WordPress without much hesitation. The flexibility is on a completely different level. You can install plugins, customize themes without touching code, add SEO tools, create landing pages, integrate email marketing, and scale the site as it grows.

Platforms like Blogger are fine for learning or hobby projects, but I find them limiting once you want more control. A lot of people eventually end up migrating to WordPress anyway. If you're starting fresh and plan to invest time into the site, I'd rather build on WordPress from day one.
 
If you've ever felt boxed in by platform rules, WordPress is like a breath of fresh air because you can really put your own stamp on things without wrestling with weird workarounds. Swapping themes or adding features is basically plug and play, and there are boatloads of free widgets that make your life easier. I moved my projects over in 2024 and haven't looked back since.
 
Wordpress is usually better option if if you want long term growth. It gives you full control, plugins, SEO tools and flexibility to scale your blog.
Blogging platforms are easier to start but they are limited in case of customization and SEO.
If you are serious about blogging then I go with wordpress.

Blogging platforms are simpler but very limited so theyre fine for hobby blogs but not serious projects
