Blogging on Blogger

So I am planning to start a adsense blog, I already have a few good keywords and original articles. My question is that, is it ok that I publish all of those into blogger/blogspot? Currently don't have enough budget yet on buying a domain and hosting, is it safe to have a long-term run on blogger?

Hello, I use blogger with its own domain and it works very well, I have some old blog without its own domain and it also positions, I think there is no problem, now you can invest 10 dollars a year in a domain and for sure it will be better than migrating that content later.

yes i have long term run in blogger for 3 years without problem, just if you want to buy a domain later buy .com one

Domain and hosting are very cheaper nowadays. You can start from only ten bucks and there are lots of services provider charging very low for newbies. Some companies offer free hosting as well for a limited time. Do a search and try to reach out. If you still think to start on Blogger, no problem at all. Sorry for my bad English. I wish you luck.

I'd recommend getting a domain and using WordPress. Way more control that way. I can't even imagine using Blogger anymore, not powerful enough to grow a serious website.

Domain and hosting is really cheap. long term run on blogger is safe, there have no problem. you can do it

A few things to keep in mind. Blogger post permalink structure sucks. They add the year and month to every post url. Also there is no way to change or set page permalink. Customizing layout of posts and page is not possible unless you know how to tinker with their messy template system.

I think it's good, but if you have money, invest a little in it quickly, it will increase the likelihood of safety.

Hello, just starting out here, does this mean I can buy a domain at say NameSilo and use a free WordPress hosting?

It's always better to start with your own domain/brand,
a domain name can be as cheap as $5,
try to afford the domain at least, if you can't, start with free blogger subdomain and you can redirect it later to a custom domain

Nope, you can't
using free hosting for money site is some kind of a bad idea
use Blogger or Google sites (depends on the site purpose/monetisations)

You can find hosting plans for as low as $12 a year. AWS gives you Linux-based WordPress for $3.50 per month. Windows based WordPress starts at $8. Windows based is the better option if you don't know anything about coding. Domains are as low as $8 per year. If you're not ready to shell out that money, you're not being serious about building a website.

That money is nothing compared to what you will spend on content if you want to be successful.

OK, I am just starting out on blogging,so aim to cut costs while learning.

Everyone starts on blogger guy as did I. Eventually, the platform will not be dynamic enough for you needs. Also some hosting companies give you a free domain name. Do your research, keep learning, and good luck.

I suggest you to take full controll like the guys mentioned above. Your blog has started getting traffic, making money and they shut down your site. Kaboom game over!

Yep. I get why so many people go the Blogger route though. My cousin is an IT wiz and she was adamant that I use WordPress. I ignored her and went with Blogger cause it seemed simpler. Eventually had to do a messy migration. It seems to be the natural order of things for internet marketers though.
