Blogging, affiliate links, so many questions

ok....so I have products (my own brand) on Amazon.

If someone blogs about these products and directs people to make a purchase on Amazon, will they get an affiliate cut if they are in the affiliate program? Is there something I need to do on my end to make sure this happens?

Not sure if my question makes sense.

My products have a decent ranking so far so, I would assume affiliates would be interested in them. How do I get the word out to affiliates so they post these products on their blogs etc?

I am not giving too much detail because I don't want to go against forum rules and want to be respectful. Just trying to see how I can broaden my web presence and direct more traffic to my Amazon store.

Ok! Thank you for the advice.

I have done that already and certain bloggers don't seem to really "get" that we are ranked really high and they could be making $$$. I guess I'm trying to find out where the $$$$ conscious bloggers hang out. :) lol
