of course wordpress hands down is better, blog is easier to set up and is really noob freindly but wordpress u have way more options and freedom

if you are not hosting yourself and you want adsense id choose blogger, you cant put adsense on wordpress.com blogs. wordpress is much better to use tho if you dont care about ads or you have your own hosting.
