I don't think there is any comparisation possible, both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Take the best from both worlds.

If you will compare both wordpress and blogger there is no winner on them they have both the edge since they have different advantages and disadvantages. If you are talking about the plugin, wordpress and blogger have different plugin of course but they have the same purposes.

I have used wordpress and blogger also but there is no difference in them its just how you use them.

I have to say self hosted WP wins by landslide, the available plugins past,present and future make other platforms un-measurable when it comes to ABing.

I would have thought by now Blogger would have been a strong rival but it just isn't the case. Maybe Google is focusing it's attention elsewhere.
