I'm really accept his word! actually i do write some good posts to my blogspot and it's driven good amount of unknown source traffics everyday to my blog! Serious is i don't know how did they come to my blog?

Create good content / well-written blog posts:

Make a public announcement on your social media profiles that you've started blogging:
first few reader is may be your friends so just ask them to do feed back...
Ask a small favour from your close friends:
using email to let know about your new blog is the great way to get feed back..
Search for people who have previously tweeted/shared posts covering similar topics
Look for important people in your industry/niche with different tools. Check their posts, add comments and become active in the community.
Start participating in forums and blogs that are similar to yours.
Establish relationships, get links & optimize your blog for Google.
