Go to Settings - Basic - Title from your blogger dashboard.
Click on EDIT button & type the title you want.

i've waited for 10 mins. i have fast internet. still it wont work
and forget to tell you that my website redirect from its homepage also thats why it keeps on loading.

Working good at my end.
I don't know why your post url is an extended one . You may try another browser and check if the problem stays like this.
still my title page wont display on my title page itself. its the "url" that will display not the title page. someone told me its somewhere in the template but i dont know where.

It was working fine when i checked it few minutes back but now again the problem is back.
Are you removing footer credit links ? That may be the culprit coz many authors do this in blogger templates. And try to check again by changing theme as well.

yep. i remove the footer credit link. uhhm. if i change the theme now, its like saying u need to have a new blog, right?

No need to make a new blog.
Go to blogger dashboard , then click on Template on left column and scroll down to select any free theme.
For uploading new theme click on Backup / Restore tab on the top and upload the XML file.
so if i change my theme would the title page work?
my blog seems working fine now but i have to click something first to open this page. would you mind trying it yourself? i really need help.

Attachment is not opening. Reupload the image or explain the problem in detail.
i reset my theme just now. the title page problem was solve. but the same problem is still there.
when i use redirect in my blog it doubles the url.
i had to open a a few links before i can get to my homepage . how can i solve this problem?

This is "again" working fine at my end. I see no problem here.
