Hello BHW folks!
I am creating a Decent blogger theme.
The name will be FBlog, please tell you views about it. As ii am new to Web design and IM
I wanna ask, where to sell it for 1$ only.
I will sell this theme for 1$ only. Can anyone market my template.

You can't ask the members here to market your Blogger template when they don't know anything about it. At the very least, provide a screenshot of your template so we can figure out what kind of blogger would find your theme useful. Another option would be to beta test the product and ask the beta testers what they think of it before you release the full version.

please describe more detail,
some feature like : is it responsive, valid html5, using markup schema or not ?
seo score, and screenshot give better info.

As mentioned by the other members, ThemeForest is the best place to sell your theme, but if you talk about marketing the theme, one should have the details regarding the theme. If it's mobile responsive, customizable, compatible with the latest browsers and the previous versions. Screenshots are must in this regards as a theme is all about looks and functionalities.

$97 for Jr. VIP + $30 for a BST thread, so $127 to sell a theme for $1 each. Although, if the theme is good, then OP can sell the theme for much more than $1.

I think Blogger theme development is hard, but if you think you will have success with it, go ahead!
In my opinion you should try Wordpress as it has more chances to sell. Blogger itself has a poor design and it has less features (by using XML) than WP on PHP usage.
Here on BHW you could do a giveaway or select a few testers to your theme, and then sell it if you think that will work. As for the price, I think it's too low. Again, check the quality and if people do like it, and then try to increase the price a bit. 1$ is few, but 5$ also (for a one-time fee).
