My personal preference is Wordpress, and I'm sure many would agree with me.

am a big fan of WP , the plugins make make it worth it - also the blogger platform is not so great - although as someone above highlighted WP the main and blogger to back it up

Wordpress! I think is the best. They have a huge community, many great plugins and great themes too. Personal, as theme, I use infoist and as plugins I use socialize and squirrly. I'm really proud of wordpress work

Wordpress all the way. However some themes have big impact on ranking. After choosing a theme check source view in your browser to know if it is well SEO optimized.
