Blogger Limit To Making Blogs?

There is limit of 100 blogs per account.
Are you referring to Pages instead of blogs ?
Provide screenshot of the error to get some relevant solution.

Tried this multiple times it's still happening. I'm just going to switch my blog creation over to Weebly, and make an additional account since the Free limit is 5 per account.

if you got hit with this error, most probably you'll need to phone verify the google account and after that you can create blogs again

I have encountered this problem a few months ago when creating a few (5-10) blogs in less than 30 minutes,I just simply restarted my router (dynamic ip) and I would create 5-10 more blogs and then just repeat.
This^ Try waiting an hour or so between creating blogs. Good luck!
