blogger.com redirect doesn't work

I've not used blogger in ages (6-7 years, maybe more) but I remember that they had a "custom redirects" setting somewhere. If that thing is still available it's just a matter of selecting it and then typing in the 2 URLs and clicking "save".
If it's not available anymore, well... I don't think you can redirect it... at least I don't know how

Yes, this is correct. If you intend to redirect outside of the website, then consider using a JavaScript redirect or meta redirect
