Really? I have like a dozen 5 year old blogger blogs that are nothing but amazon affiliate pages... of course I am honest about what the blogs are in their names and descriptions. Pet Toys Blah Blah, Men's Watches Woo Ha, etc...

Maybe it got reported? I don't know if that's possible with blogger, but it would make sense.

Affiliate links are not allowed on blogger blogs. If that's the case and it got deleted, you may want to use your own hosted blog and instead use blogger to diver traffic. Maybe someone reported your blog.

that's news to me . I have a dozen blogs with nothing but aff links on them .

Amazon affiliate link is OK on blogger. But other affiliate link is a big NO.
