Blogger as a parasite

Does anyone know exactly how resilient Blogger (or BlogSpot) is as a parasite?

What are the limits of being able to spam it? What would get it taken down?

Other blogging platforms like WordPress seem to be actively monitored and a blog will be taken down fairly quickly if it has poor quality links pointing to it.

I just wonder whether Google allows more spam before acting.

Does anyone have any Blogger experience?

New accounts may be actively monitored by their automated system, but it still is a little better as compared to Wordpress which has so many restrictions.
But if you have an aged account, or purchased an aged account from a provider, those aged account should be more resilient, and can stand spam a little better, as compared to the new account. Perhaps getting something more than 3 months can be considered as aged, but 6 months and above would be better.

If you're using blogger, make a new Google account instead of piggybacking off your current one.
As for Wordpress, I've only had one taken down in the past and that was more due to the content of the site rather than the spam itself.
