does anyone know a blogger alternative? i need a free blog like blogger that allows people to edit html, im tired of blogs being taken down because of content locker :( thanks.

There's none. Free sites have lots of restrictions and won't allow you to monetize your site with content lockers, cpa etc. Just get a cheap hosting and your own wordpress site.
