Step 1: Find a Niche
Step 2: Write Ten Article about that niche (if you can't do that then the niche you have chosen is the wrong one)
Step 3: buy domain and hosting
Step 4: load up articles
Step 5: get traffic to the site
Step 6: then maybe $$$ after a few months

Get Games Zone Blogger Templete, however I would recommend with going with a free hosting(if you dont want to pay any money yet) and make a wordpress site using eGamer wordpress theme.
