I was considering some blog flipping, I had read in Kate Anderson's FLIP MASTERY that for a blog to sell the seller needs to have atleast 10 articles, with images to fill the site and you can then sell it.

So my question was, can I scrape articles, rewrite them and put them on the blog and then sell that blog? Would it sell? Is it approporate? Is this what blog flippers usually do?

    Cheers

I have sold a few blogs with duplicate/spun content but only to increase the indexed pages.
In my personal experience a PR3 blog with 1000 indexed pages can realistically sell for $200 - $250 with minimal traffic.
You can add a free plugin to your blog from unique article wizard which will give you articles related to your categories.
