I have a blog related to a drug getting me 2K visitors a day. I only make about ~$40-$50 with Adsense but I would like to use CPA. The only problem is that I do not have a content locker or the money to buy one. What would be the best network for me to apply too that has one?

The AdSense program policies prohibit Google ads on sites which sell or promote drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Yes, it is per day.
And I've tried out some free ones around here but they are not that good.
