Blog traffic!

Hi Guys,

About two months ago I started my own beauty blog. As a beautyadvisor I've always been into that, and since I like writing there was no doubt that it's my thing.
I'm updating frequently and my photos are of high quality, but there's only one thing: the visitors. I do get some and they're also commenting, but I'd like more people to visit my blog.

My question to you guys is: how can I get more visitors? Do you have (other) tips for me?

Are you doing any promotion? Like SEOing and backlinkbuilding? Like social appearance on FB, YT, Twitter, G+, Pinterest and etc?

If not, start researching and doing any of these and you will see traffic raise for sure

A blog with a lot of photos..hmm..I love that kind of blog. Well, the best thing to do if you have a lot of photos and even its a beauty niche, share your photos at pinterest. Follow lots of people there with the same interest as you are.

Seo and social networks. Create social network accounts and post in large groups to get people to notice you.

It is base on what kind of image you are posting. you can optimize the image itself with alt , title, and so on

I think if you have a beauty blog then you have good scope to promote your blog on socials sites even Pinterest will help you more on it. Just get some good images from google and post with the blog. it will increase attract more visitors to the site.

I can advise you to write high quality articles and submit them to the popular blogs in your niche. With the latest Google updates blog owners avoid inserting ******** links in the articles. However, if the link in your guest post is nofollow, it can bring you hundreds of new visitors. Don`t overlook this possibility.

Try Social Media for Massive niche traffic. This is the #1 way to get fastest niche traffic. Just target exactly.

Share your posts to social networks as much as possible and only to biggest once.
As you concentrate on photos, share your content on image-specialized resources.
Write good Alt and Title descriptions to every photo -- that'll give more Google images traffic.

Just like what they say, establish and grow your presence in social media and also focus on SEO works. You should invest time doing these things and the longer you do it the better the results.

Invest time and if you still find it hard spending time doing social media and SEO. You still have the option to hire a virtual assistant that will do those stuff for you.

Thank you all for your messages! I'm definitely trying Pinterest, and I'm also gonna put more effort into SEO writing.
I think I forgot to mention that it's a Dutch beauty blog. I'm sure people can use translate for my blog, but does anyone of you have any tips for that? Since I have to focus on a certain group of people?

Your blog is on such a good niche, probably you can think on putting more images with comparison, so you can prove this is better or that is better.
You can always try social media to promote your blog, large number of audience are there.
One thing for sure, Images will help you a lot.

Do promote your site in popular social networking like Twitter, Facebook, Pininterest, Google+ etc. Creating a fan page in Facebook surely increase your website traffic.

Social media- build a twitter and pinterest account
Blog Commenting - I was suprised that I actually got a some views from them even though I was just making backlinks
Slide share - Made a few presentations with my link at the end of it
Youtube - Made a few slide show videos with my link in the description
Ezine articles - get more views on them than click to my site but they are still views
Guest posts - works very well​

To get traffic, create content, do seo and you can try paid ad (but use it to get more leads....), build a community on social media through your blog

In beauty niche, make a lots of picture (beauty is nice right ?) so you will get more share and traffic from google image...
Then, i've heard that in your niche, vides are pretty "hot", i mean, verry effective...
I know a lots of friends doing some video tutorial...
So post a video on youtube, make a blot post with this video + text on your blog, and maybe try paid ads to send traffic to squezz page, then to your video....
