Hi, I've been looking on the forum for more info regarding blog syndication and duplicate content, but wasn't able to find a clear answer.
My question is, let's say I write an article about '5 ways topic X makes your life better'. I publish that one on my blog. Then, 2 weeks later, I decide to syndicate it on another website.
I literally copy/paste that original blog post on the syndication website. From the syndication site, I would provide a backlink back to the original blog post on my own website.
Would this actually hurt my SEO (cfr. duplicate content?) Or is there ranking power associated to that link?
I would mainly use the blog syndication for linkbuilding, that's why I'm asking.
