Well i have made some improvements in my blog techniques and have uploaded with some images and data which would be crisper to read as far as i am concerned. Need your suggestions guys to improve more.

You need to work on visuals too , like background , and make it a bit colorful with some dark colors. Also use h1 & h2 for better seo.

Add more unique contents and colors to it. It looks really simple, without contents your blog will end up with increased bounce rate.

I've noticed that last few blogspots are all using this theme!
Don't look each on others, there's ton's of free themes...

Like company blog it wouldn't be bad to publish news from Indian IT sector, with this you would get better visits (targeted audience), and you would be having direct contact with potential candidates.
