Blog sites that can edit code?

Hey, I want to try a spoof referer code out but need to be able to import code into the blog. I've tried wordpress and blogger with no luck. Also i just learning how to use code so I could be missing something. Is anyone using a blogging platform with a referer code? Or does anyone know which platofrm I could use? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I could be wrong but it seems like you would need to be hosting your own website in order to do this. For example using a self hosted wordpress blog. I know that some basic website packages with other "turn-key" providers let you edit a little bit of code but most are pretty limited.

You could try a self hosted WP site,
