Blog/rss feed question

I recently added my blog feed to around 20 blog/rss directories and have been monitoring my site traffic with a wordpress plugin called NewStatPress. If I look in the overview section of this plugin there is a feed category and over the past few days it's been increasing, went from "30 feeds" gradually up to "137 feeds"

What does this mean?, does it man 137 people have subscribed to the feed or does it mean my rss feed has been posted on to other directories?

The feed section is displayed in orange, that particular site has 6193 feeds in total, as you can see over the days it gradually increases, just wondering what going on there?
