Blog Posts Question

I have a t a new site that I will be starting to post a new blog post everyday in hope of climbing some rankings.

Are there any set rules that you should follow in posting new blog posts?

I am using wordpress with All In One Seo, so most of the SEO stuff will be taken care of. I was wondering about H tags, paragraphs, bold text.

Any on page SEO suggestions, or any PDFs that I can download that will tell me.

What my plan is is to post around 400 unique content posts each day, Added 1 or 2 H2 tags within the post. The H1 tag will be default title. I will make the title contain keywords and also make the h2 tags contain keywords. Sound correct, anything Ive missed?

I'd advise not going for 400 content posts per day if you plan to get more than 40% of your links indexed.
