I have a multi-niche PPD site aged 2 year and my blog traffic fell down dramatically since February 2014.I checked my site and it is not penalized.My site has 823 backlinks made by some services in this forum.My problem is that my new posts are indexed in search engine when I manually enter url in google .But when I search for my niche multiple keywords with different combination ,it doesn't even show in last google search page.My competitor sites are ranking first and second page with just few backlinks.What is wrong ? How can I indexed it back ?

how do you know your site isn't penalised? if your pages aren't ranking anymore then that normally means its been penalised.
I tried checking with many tools whether it is penalized or not .They shows no penalty.I am wondering if I blank my site dns server in godaddy, my site will have no traffic .After 2 days , when google crawl my site ,it will shows as godaddy parked domain page .At that time,I point domain to my site again and Will it appears as new website in google ?
No.I didn't receive any manual action or warning at WMT .Everything is fine .I don't build new links for my blog posts except pinging .But some sites automatically scrape my content and build backlinks to me . New Update : Recently , I published a new post with different layout + some 300 words and it ranked at 81th position in google

If you are not building back links, How do you think you will get ranked?
I bought tier 3 backlinks package from this forum 2 monthly and I am scared of building backlinks because I don't know proper way to do and likely to get penalized.But my competitors outrank me with just 80-100 backlinks and they are also new sites

You must have built those links for the Main Blog URL. You should throw few links to individual Blog Post URLs.
I suspect so .I think it is affected since January 12 and I bought link package in November 2013 . Will Doing Diavow links recover my site ?
