Hello guys, do you use GSA to create tier 2 and tier 3 to blog posts ?

It depends on authority of the blog. If it was from a blog with high metrics then no need for tier 2.

Yes this approach is common for passing link juice through Tier 1 Web 2s

Do you do this to tier 1 web 2.0 profiles also?
